  • How do the clothes fit?

    - Understanding the fabric composition of each garment is crucial to anticipate shrinkage in the dryer and determine desired fit (e.g., true to size or oversized).

  • How do I care for the products?

    -Each apparel item will include details on the fabric composition and care instructions to maintain its longevity.

    - Other products will list cleaning instructions.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    - Items are executed on a per-order basis which means they can take a couple days to make, but should be shipped and received within 3-5 business days from your order date!

  • Can I track my order?

    - YES! Each order will be accompanied by a confirmation email containing a tracking number for easy monitoring of your purchase.

  • How much is shipping?

    - Orders under $65 incur a $7.95 shipping charge; orders over the $65 threshold qualify for free shipping.

  • Can I get gift cards?

    - ABSOLUTELY! Gift cards enable recipients to pick their desired gifts with no expiry date at CNDY.
